Download the product brochureBased on very simple design principles, this new simplified Pallet Labelling Unit - Swing (PLU-S) prints and applies labels in A5 size containing information about production line and date, weight, number of parcels, etc. thus making it very easy to identify and track the goods on a pallet.

An integrated print and apply unit that prints and dispenses or just dispenses a barcode label onto a specially designed swing applicator. And by only one single pneumatic cylinder movement, this applicator applies a label on one or two adjacent sides of a pallet, depending on the stop position of the pallet.

In standard execution, the mechanical movement of the machine is controlled by the print and apply unit. And the fact that in the basic version no PLC or PC control is integrated leaves the customer with a simple and reliable solution with all the benefits of a fully automatic unit.

It is, however, possible for more sophisticated solutions either to integrate an industrial PC with a soft PLC programme for generating of barcode label information as well as for control of the mechanical movement - or for gathering and resolving of pallet information and communication with external systems, to integrate the specially designed PLU software; PLUware.
