Download the product brochureThe Pallet Labelling Unit (PLU-2C) is designed to print and apply or just apply one or two self-adhesive barcode labels in A5 size in portrait format on a pallet stationary on a conveyor.

This system meets the increasing demand for easy and reliable identification of pallets – and can fit into different production lines.

An integrated labelling head prints and dispenses or just dispenses a barcode label onto an applicator chosen from our standard range of applicators – and applies the label(s) directly on the pallet.

The labeller is controlled by an Industrial PC terminal where a soft PLC programme is used for generating of barcode label information and for the mechanical movement of the labeller, - or by a PLC programme for control of the mechanical movement only. For more complex software solutions, i.e. gathering and resolving of pallet information thus providing exact and statistical information - and for communication with line control systems,
a special PLU software; PLUware has been developed, designed to fit both to automatic as well as manual systems.
