We recently worked with a supplier of mobility (wheel chairs, mobility aids and accessories etc...) and healthcare products to solve a tricky product ID problem.

Our customers range was large with many different products but all of them had to have a high quality POS product label showing a full colour photograph of the item with a barcode and product code.

The real challenge was to come up with a cost effective label solution based on orders quantities of 50,000 labels but over many different label sorts.

Traditionally printed labels would have resulted in high label costs and expensive artwork, plate and origination charges.

Our unique solution was a premium quality digitally produced label with no need for plates, saving our customer from expensive origination and artwork charges.
