Printhead and Printer Cleaning Products
Cleaning your printhead on a regular basis will maximise the life expectancy of your printer’s most expensive replacement item.
We have four types of printhead cleaning products:
Printhead Cleaning Pens
These specially designed IPA pre-saturated cleaning pens are for all makes and models of thermal printers (including PVC card printers).
The pens are best suited on models where the printhead is easily accessible, you simply run the pen over the printhead until it is clean.

Printhead Cleaning Cards
These specially designed cleaning cards (100mm x 150mm) are especially useful on printers where the printhead is not easily accessible. The card is saturated with IPA and you simply feed the card through the printer as you would with any label or tag sheet.
This will clean and remove any contaminants from the printhead, guide paths and rollers.

Printer Cleaning Kits
These cleaning kits contain everything you would need to keep your printer and printhead clean and well maintained.
The kits include IPA (for printhead cleaning), LABEL OFF (for easy removal of adhesive build up), SCREEN (for cleaning exterior surfaces of printers, screens, panels etc.) and DUST OFF (dry and oil-free pressurized gas to remove dust and dirt and reach inaccessible areas).
