With over twenty experienced field based engineers in the UK (including Ireland) and backed by a help-desk facility manned by our most senior engineers we supply a full range of manufacturer approved on-site or return to base printer maintenance contracts for Thermal Printers, Thermal Transfer Printers, Colour Label Printers, ID Card Printers and Mobile Printer models including:

We strongly recommend that any label printer or barcode printer operating in a “production critical” environment should be covered by some form of on-site or return to base maintenance contract.
Having your label printer or barcode printer covered also has the following additional benefits:

2. Good maintenance reduces your overall day to day running costs.
3. Proper maintenance will ensure you receive the maximum ROI (return on investment) for your printer.
All our printer maintenance contracts include the following:
1. Free initial health check visit
2. Unlimited telephone technical support
3. Initial telephone technical filter on all call outs
4. Guaranteed response and fix times
5. Unlimited on site call outs
6. All inclusive parts and labour (excluding the supply and fitting of printheads + subject to terms and conditions)
There are four types of printer maintenance contract currently available:
1. 4 hour response + 4 hour fix
2. 8 hour response + 8 hour fix
3. 2 day response + 2 day fix
4. Custom response - please call for details
All our printer maintenance contracts are offered as either “in warranty” (the printer is still covered by the manufacturers initial 12 month warranty) or “out of warranty” ( the printer’s initial manufacturer's 12 month warranty has expired).
Further significant discounts are available for multi-printer contracts located at either one or more sites and all our maintenance contracts can be offered as either one or three year options.

Printer Maintenance Pricing - non contract options
We also offer non-contract printer maintenance support, this option includes an initial call out visit and up to one hours on-site labour (all spare parts, if required, and additional labour are chargeable at cost and are subject to quotation)
